The typical industrialized ones sold at most convenience stores and auto stores (Walmart..kmart..kragen etc.)
(I use the one in the red bottle... same thing anyway)
Usually cuts away all the grease (It'll be dripping black, oily, and dirty - so do this on the driveway or somethin so you can hose it off) If you really want a thorough cleaning take the wheel off to do it, and wipe it down.
Personally though, since I'm into detailing, I hit it with a 2:1water ratio of Optimum Power Clean (and the same for the wheels). Works very well - the suds come right off when you hose it down.
A better alternative is to paint your calipers black, cleaning the calipers every wash is pretty cumbersome, and having them black takes away a lot of work since you can't really tell even if it's dirty. Only takes about 10 minutes to paint.
