Question How do i install under the seat neons?

Before i buy the neons, I want to know I can wire them up in my car to come on when i turn on my headlights. I have received some direction on how to do this from people on here and elsewhere, but not enough that I know what I am doing. I talked to Crutchfield about it and they said it was simple to do so can any of you tell me how to do it? I don't need help mounting it, just wiring it up so i don't have to plug it into the lighter.

Well now that I have gullible written across my forehead I would like to thank you Accsueprstar, for at least telling me since I am still pretty new to the forum. I was able to laugh at the rice a roni picture on another thread I started but this one I fell right into. Thanks again for setting me straight though.

I think you mean sarcastic or funny, not hurtful.

Thank you! No one can take a joke around here anymore, it's getting to be a pretty sensitive board these days...

What's with that trend in the forum in the last month or so? You say something and someone jumps into call you a "moron" or say your outta your mind and stuff. Come on, peeps, it's a disccusion board; you disagree, joke with others, call each other names, etc.
We never mean to harm... at least I dont'.

Junkster, who saw the new Triumph the insult dog's music video... and loved it (song called 'I keed').

man I know you guys are kidding, but damn. Bsweet, this is a link I found with google (I know it is underbody, but it would be the same concept and you could just tie into the fuse for the headlights if you wanted it to run off that), I am sure with a little time you can find some more. Good luck

Nope, its not ment to impress anyone. I am in college and spend a lot of time in my car going home and back and on weekend roadtrips with the roomies. Those trips usually happen at night and the lights would be usefull in finding something that someone dropped ect. without having to destract me or whoever is driving with turning on the overhead lights. Also, I drove a friend's car last year (at night) who had them in his car and I really liked to be able to SEE the floorboard instead of it looking like the black hole.

And for the record, I am not new to the internet, just the forum.

Thanks for the link. I am going to have one of my roommates, who knows a lot more about cars than I do, look at it and have him help me out. I guess I am your stereotypical female in that I know little to nothing about anything under the hood.
