Honda/Acura 2.4L Oil capacity

I apologize for starting a new thread on this, but I wanted to make sure that even though the manual states that the 2.4L engine in both the Accord and TSX hold 4.4 quarts, by letting all the oil out it really will take 5 quarts to take it to the full mark. Is this correct? 5 quarts put the oil line slightly below full. I let the oil drain out for about 25 minutes. Thanks for your help and sorry for the double post. (wanted to emphasize the capacity part of the thread)
