Just before when I was coming home from Bayonne. I was on the ramp to get on the Staten Island Expressway. All of the sudden, BOOM! There was this large pothole I hit. It was much louder sound than just a regular size hole. I had 3 guys in the back each averages about 150 lbs. In the front, I have me (200 lbs), my bro (160lbs). In the back of the car I had 5 bowling balls each weighing 15 lbs. So, what could I have done? I hope nothing happened. I checked underneath the car when I got home and I didn't find any scrapes or anything. Damn this is making me so paranoid. I hope I didn't pop the oil pan or something. My tire did not blow out by the way.

 

Check the inside of your rims for damage as well. I once nailed a ginormous pothole in Dallas that jacked the inside lip of my rim and caused a flat days later. It was unsafe as hell to be driving on the dented rim, but I had no idea since I didn't think to check there.

 

Make sure you keep an eye on all of your tires for bulges on the sidewalls. May have been damaged...

 

Well if it's tires, then I'm not as worried. I just hope it's not other parts. Rims, etc. I'll be checking soon.

So I checked my car. Nothing was wrong with it. I drove to the city and back no problem at all! YAY! =D
