Talk about shooting oneself in the foot.

Ouch. A fellow hobokener got tagged! Which TSX in town is yours?

Why didn't you report to the cops, the guy could deny the entire thing ever happened. Hopefully he's honest though!

are you rolling in piles of money or something? a TSX as your weekend and sunny day car, and a legend as your every day car? lol.

just kidding, i know you use the TSX as a show car, but you're one lucky SOB to have that situation at what? 19, 20 yrs old?

I was wondering why this wasn't in Dating & Relationships until I read the first post.

It's one of the many silver ones.

I guess I could have reported it to the police, but that seemed kind of excessive under the circumstances, since the damage was so minor. Really the only damage is two small gouges at the bottom of the bumper, where it angles inwards. I think they must have been from the screws on the front license plate of the other car. He couldn't have been going more than 5 mph when he hit us. They are barely noticeable unless you bend down. I guess I still could have called the police.

I think he's probably honest though. He has called me back when I asked him to. Right now, he's waiting for me to get an estimate. I just hope I don't have to replace the whole bumper.

Yeah, it's not always necessary, but you never know, so better safe than sorry.

I've seen a few around hoboken. There's one CG with a Lehigh Sticker in the window, been wondering whose it is, then i see one parked around newark street all the time, since that's on my walk from the PATH to the apartment. I got the 2006 RBP if you ever see me around town!

Well, I got my estimate from the body shop. $395 for removing the bumper, repairing it, and refinishing it. At least they won't have to replace it.
