HIDs & Window Tint?

HIDs & Window Tint?
I've not seen this posted anywhere else. I hope can explain this correctly. I have a very odd and extremely annoying situation. I believe it's related to the HID lights. While driving at night, there is a "line" running across the front windshield, which "line" I believe is the actual window tint being "highlighted" or made extremely visible due to the HIDs. So while driving at night, I find myself constantly ducking down to look below the "line".
I'm thinking perhaps the headlamps need to be adjusted down? I hope somebody can make sense of what I am trying to say here. I LOVE my car, but this is driving me nuts and is my only complaint!!!
Any suggestions??

Oliver!!!
Do you have any tint on your windshield? Or am I reading that totally wrong?
The way the lens and projector are designed with a very defined upper perimeter. That is to keep the HIDs from blinding the oncoming traffic while still giving the driver a good view of the road ahead. If they're adjusted properly, the driver's side headlight will be aimed a little bit lower than the passenger side just to make sure.
I hope that I explained it properly. Of course if you have tinted the windshield then all bets are off. It could be the fault of the tint or the lights.

You do know the projectors create a very distinct line on the road way... I feel certain you aren't talking about this though.... please confirm.
Otherwise, it isn't tint or you're illegal. Tint isn't allowed below a certain line, very high up on the windshield, so it wouldn't be in your sight line.

Did you buy your TSX used? if so the original owner may have added tint to the front windshield...
There is a sun / glare band on the top of my windshield but it doesn't come down halfway. Maybe a picture of your car would help everyone see what youre referring to a little better.
