Is this hid a good replacement?

I don't mind the stock hid lights but I kinda want 10k or 8k whichever is cool blue so is this a good brand of HID?

Just bought the same bulbs actually and put them in on friday. I love them so far, bright as hell and look so much better than the stock ones. I saw the pics of your car, clean up those headlights first!!

Original bulbs are 4300k color temperature...which has the greatest light output.

8000k or 10000k just provide more glare or contrast. Not more light. They're significantly more dull than the same wattage 4300k bulb.

The stock 06 TSX HIDs are a step or two above my RDX or MDX in looks and output. Acura might have used a cheaper HID and/or a different HID housing maybe on my MDX/RDX? I had to update my MDX to Osram Xenarc 66240 D2S 5500K because the OEM MDX HIDs sucked so bad. I don't know if you have a +06 or 04/05 with fogs. I would lean more toward doing the fogs in +6000k HIDs. The extra 4300K HID light really comes in handy on really dark nights or bad weather.

in addition to this, 8000K lights will strain your eyes.

you will have a hard time seeing in the dark and other cars will hate you.

get 4300k or move up at very most to 5000K.

anything other than 5000 Kelvin, you lose lumens(brightness)

this is very simple science.
