HID bulbs
HID bulbs
Hi guys.... haven't check the forum for a while... wish you all well.
Quick questions.... I always see the HID bulbs on those Bimmer's are a little more blue then those on the TSX's..... I wonder whatz the difference??? Have anyone of you put the Bimmer's one onto your TSX? If so, where shall I get one? Mine is a 05 and still doing well so far, but I would like to start doing some research in case if it burnt and needs a new pair.
Thx in advance!

Bmw have different projectors, so our projectors give us a blue tint or hue.
In order to change the color of the hue more would be differnt brand and temperatures of the bulbs.
stock is 4300 more yellow ish
2300-3300 is off road or jdm yellow
5000k is consider pure white
6000k more white to slight purples
8000k getting towards blue
so on most people try stay under 6k because you lose alot lumens or light output.

It's just a different type of bulb.
The stock HID bulb in a tsx is 4300k. You should go for 6000k or 8000k.
I recently put in 6000k and its more of a pure white with alittle bit of blue in it, which I like a lot.

Hi ABPTSX.
Do you happen to have any pictures of your 6000k bulbs on you TSX?
Thanks,
