Has anyone had luck in contacting Grom audio? I purchased a unit from them, installed per the directions and it wouldn't work. I filed a support ticket with them and they replied back to flash new firmware onto the unit, which I did. However it still did not fix the problem of the unit not switching between audio modes.

I bought a Grom on the advice of many people on the forum here, as I just got a TSX a few months ago. Just wondering if maybe someone could help me with some contact information for them other than their website. They now have my unit, which I returned with a proper RMA but they have not issued my refund. I guess watch out if you're looking at one of these units. Quite disappointed, but now it looks like I'm out the money and the defective unit! Please help if you have any phone numbers or emails for them. Their website doesn't list anything.
