Fuse for 12V Plugs

What is the fuse number and location for the fuse protecting the 12V accessory power plugs, both the front plug and the one in the arm-rest are inactive in my TSX 2004.

Fuse #9 in the underdash fusebox fuses the power side of the relay. Fuse #32 in the same box fuses the control side.
