I've used this stuff on my old car (2000 Grand Am SE) and it worked, or at least I think it did. It's not too expensive and Wal-Mart has all the brands you'll need. I personally used GumOut.
I would only use it after an oil change, wait till your gas tank is almost empty, dump the stuff in there and fill up the tank (helps it to mix). i.e. put the stuff in the tank at the gas station.

I had a class in college taught by an engine builder for a race team and someone asked the same question. He said it is a good thing for older cars.

I've had good experience using them in older cars too.

I'm not sure about improved fuel economy, but the cleaner definatly helps the engine to run smoother if it starts to feel rough.

is it something you add to your oil, or just easier to remember the intervals? Anyone use any FI spray cleaner that you would spray into the TB?

i thought you're suppose to add it before an oil change.. since this thing can dilute oil that protects your engine ...

It usually goes into the gas tank and you drive and finish the tank.. there are some stronger one that goes straight into the injector line... but those are like 200 bucks...

i tried the FI into TB stuff before.... i think you clean the tb more than the injectors.. but our car will probably stall out before you can get enough of that in..

You add it to the gas tank, not in the oil.

I use it on my other car and I *think* it works. Seems to help it run smoother.
I like Chevron with Techron, but it's a bit pricey @ $8 a bottle.

I dunno about putting it in the TSX though
