Found a used TSX...I start negotiations on WEDS!

Hey guys I'm currently in talks with two dealers with TSX's and fixing to add a third, a local dealer that I've been test driving cars with for a bit. I've driven the car in question but its been about 7 weeks now since I drove it. They're asking 19k and I think I'm gonna start negotiations at 16k, does this sound reasonable?

It all depends whats harder to get and more in-demand..
Try taking a look at KKB.com or edmunds to see what you should offer around as well

Its a 2004, its dark grey, 6 speed manual and 52,xxx miles.

Only wierd thing is on the carfax it says its forsale in Texas which doesn't make much sense....

Take a look under the hood and under the car. There may be an intake or rear sway bar upgrade on it. See if you can hit 7600rpm (hondata) during your testdrive.

That price sounds REALLY low, even for heavy use 2004. Take extra precautions to make sure it hasn't been in an accident or requires something to be repaired.
