Emissions malfunction light question
After leaving my TSX in the airport garage for a couple of freezing days, I picked it up yesterday and drove it home. On the highway, the malfunction light for emissions suddenly came on, as I was adjusting the heating settings manually. It has remained on ever since. The car continues to drive OK.
I read the owner's manual and it said that if the fuel cap was not twisted back on tight, this might happen. Well, I checked and the fuel cap was totally tight already. I called the service guy at my dealership and he said that I should wait for a couple of days to see if this would just go away. Otherwise, I should take it in to be looked at.
Has anyone had the same experience before? Any suggestion or idea as to what is going on?

Yes, nine times out of ten a check engine light usually has something to do with the emissions system. A loose gas cap is probably the most common cause for the light to go on. So common in fact that it's in the manual!
