Isn't it odd that when the door is not completely shut --- the interior lights are on
but the instrument panel does not always alert you of it.
This happened twice to me - kids closing the door too lightly , and it doesn't help that I have the lights switched to blue LED...both times I didn't realized until I pulled into the street.

First time it was my kid spotting the door light.
