How is everyone heloding up against door dings with no body side molding? Do you have these so called dent redisitant panels as the TL, which I am sure is BS?

Going on 4 months and still no door dings. I'm totally paranoid about where I park the car. I try to park on the side of the street whenever possible. If in the parking lot I park away from the entrance to the store where there are many empty spots or pick a nice WIDE parking space if its crowded. If no wide spaces are available I try to look for spaces between nice cars (Lexus, Mercedes, other Acuras etc.) figuring that the drivers would tend to be more careful with their cars. So far so good. (hope I didn't jinx myself)

I am right there with jlukja. I try and park in a wide spot, next to a curb, or what out in BFE if possible. Five full months and no door dings, yet.

Here is to hoping I do not total the car on the commute home today

On the flip side, most of the people I see in the parking lot have absolutely no respect for YOUR personal property. Meaning they could care less if they ding or rest their door against your car. I have observed this with all makes no matter the cost of their vehicle. It is almost like "they" could care less about their vehicle much less your car. That is such a wonderful attitude if you ask me!

No door dings yet. Though last week, I did find a big red splotch above my rear pass wheel... Because it was on the otherside, I didn't notice it right away. You can't really see the indentation, but you can feel it
Thinking back, a red Caddy was parked on that side

3 months and no dings. The best thing to protect your car is park far from your location where the lot is more empty. I try to park next to curbs so that reduces cars near me by half. And try to maneuver so that anyone else that parks next to you is on your driver side so their own door opens on the other side of their car.
