Does anyones TSX.....

Does anyones automatic roll back on a steep hill once you come to a stop like a manual? Whats causes this and should I have Acura take a look at it?

that's normal, the power you get from your engin while it is idle cannot overcome the steep hill, so some of the energy went to the clutch of the tranny and if the hill is steep enough, your car will roll back (rather slowlycompare to manual because your engin had some power pushing you forward), shouldn't bring it in to your dealer ship since it's the same for every automatic on steep hill, correct me if i am wrong.

I suppose it depends on how tight the torque converter is combined with how much torque the engine can apply at idle. All automatic cars will be different.

It just depends on how steep the hill is. I personally haven't noticed it, but then again I live in Florida (and am currently spending the summer in Texas) so it's not all that steep around here to really give it a go.
