Just got my first speeding ticket today. I have a De license and was caught in PA. It's a 4 point violation. Does anyone know if it transfer to De and also if my insurance will register it. (Geico)

 

I'm pretty sure that the points won't transfer. All you have to do is call your DMV office and ask. I got a speeding ticket in Ohio in July and I live in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania doesn't transfer points from any other state so I was in the clear. When I bought my TSX at the beginning of October my insurance company had no record of it. So if your state doesn't accept points from other states then your insurance company shouldn't find out about it.
