Okay, I went back to the Acura web page and ran the comparison program for 2007 TSX vs the 2006. From what I can tell these are some of the differences that Acura lists. There appear to be 3 for sure. Front Memory Seats, a Trunk Pass Thru and the Tire Pressure Monitor. Hope this is of some help.

Appears to be unique to 2007 models according to Acura's Website comparison module:

07Front Power Memory Seat Standard
06 Not Available

07 Trunk Pass-Through Standard
06 Not Available

07 Tire Pressure Monitor Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) (Standard)
06 Not Available

Possibly slight differences between 2007 and 2006, but hard to tell. Based upon responses from other members the functionality is probably identical.

I printed out the standard features and the only 2 different items are the Tire Pressure monitoring system and remote sunroof operation.

According to Edmunds both cars have Xenon high intensity discharge headlamps.
