Did i get screwed?
They sold me a supposedley "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle but i didnt get any documentation about it. Was i Supposed to?
I called Acura Care center and they don't have my vehicle in their DB as a certified vehicle
Did i get screwed?
How could Acura screw me?
What are my options? I kept asking them if it's certified do i get any paperwork about it? They said no, It's all tagged to the VIN #
Also i didnt get a 2nd key, Is this normal? My friend said if it's CPO it should come with 2 keys
Acura told me to call the Acura Dealership and talk to the manager, What should i say to him?

When you signed the contract, did it say you were getting a CPO? Unless it's written or documented, then it's not a CPO; especially when Acura said it's not coming up as a CPO.

If the dealer was representing it as certified the whole time only to bilk you out of a higher price that is a deceptive trade practice and is illegal. Talk to the manager and see where that goes. If that goes nowhere call the corporate number.

You might not have proof that you were sold something that was supposedly CPO, but I bet they will try that again. It would be cool if someone could go in undercover and document the deception from begining to end.

I'd do a little legwork first - maybe get some proof that the car was advertised as a CPO?
Does the dealer have a website? If so, the car may still be listed for sale. I'd print out the description of the vehicle in case they dispute what you're claiming.
Did you get a dealer "booking" sheet that listed all the options of the car? It may list there if the car was certified or not.

Oliver!!!
Mine is CPO. I got several pieces of paperwork including inspection receipts, a certificate, a CPO warranty guide and a few weeks later I got paperwork in the mail from Acura (not the dealership) with a wallet card that has all my warranty info and roadside assistance stuff. I also got 2 regular keys, 2 transmitters and 1 valet key.
As far as recourse, I'd try and print out the description of the vehicle from the web site (if it's still up) and go back to the dealership and ask them for proof of certification.

I have heard of Acura dealers selling "CPO" cars without a bumper to bumper warranty but only a powertrain warranty. I'm not sure what Honda/Acura's guidelines are on CPO cars or whether they enforce it through their dealers.
I agree with the above posters, you should have received a spare key + fob, and also a valet key. A warranty booklet w/ 2 warranty cards should also be included in case you should ever need it for roadside assistance. The warranty info should be tied to the VIN # of the car, but the booklet and cards are nice to have in case of any future confusion.

At this point I'm not sure that you didn't get a CPO vehicle. The not being Acura's computer system is a little vexing, however. Part of the CPO checklist is making sure you have all the stuff that's supposed to come with the car, part of that being 3 keys (2 regular, 1 valet) and 2 key fobs. You paid for (it seems) so I would bring that up with the dealer.
You might want to go through the checklist they gave you and check the ones you can. If you start finding things that are checked on the list but obviously weren't on the car, it might be time to get a little pissy.
