This sounds good to me. I just want to get some other opinions.

The quote is $31.5K for:

New 2005 TSX with Navi
6-CD Changer
All-Season Floor Mats
Door Edge Trim
17" "High Performance" Sparkle Silver Alloy Wheels
Wheel Locks
Moonroof Visor
Rear Wing Spoiler
Rear Under Body Spoiler
Front Under Body Spoiler
Side Under Body Spoiler
Chrome Center Cap Emblems
Fog Lights

Thanks guys

Yeah isn't 34.7K almost MSRP for all that stuff? Well probably not quite, but close enough.

My dealer is really cool. I like the guy I'm working with, really easygoing guy. Now they just have to find an Arctic Blue for me...they can't find one! But I'll wait, because I really like that color. Plus the fact that it is rare gives it a bit of extra allure to me.

Buy the High performance wheels on ebay for $1050 from acura of escondido, and the kit you can get it for less than $900 as well. plus some other things you got on your list. I think all in all it's ok by dealers standards, but I wouldn't pay that much unless it was OTD.

I have dealt with two Acura dealers online and they do give you warranties on their stuff since they are an Acura dealership.
