Dealing on TSX this weekend :)

OK, so I'm going to start dealing on a TSX on Saturday/Sunday After obsessively browsing these forums for a few months, I can finally join for real.
Going for a CGP 6MT/Nav with OEM kit. I'm going to try and get it for 28k but I'll walk out at 28.5k.
I'll be dealing at Hopkins Acura.
Thoughts? Comments?

Here's my reasoning. Feel free to comment on it. I won't get offended:
Invoice: 26,605
OEM underbody kit installed: 1659
Total Base Vehicle & Option Price: 28264
Total MSRP with Options: 31419
Factory Holdback = 3.5%, so total Holdback = MSRP * Holdback % = 1099.67
Dealer's Total Cost = Total Base - Holdback = 27164
Fair profit of 3% = 815
Selling Price = 27980

After destination charges, tax, and fees, it comes to about 31k total.
Does this seem reasonable to people?

I think the invoice price is $27,150 for that car. There's a dealer incentive of $875 I believe which takes it down to $26275 but good luck getting any dealer to give you all of it. Also, where are you getting that factory holdback percentage from?

I seriously doubt you will get the price you're looking for, actually I don't think you'll find anyone to touch 30k drive off, closer to 30.5k drive off.

31K drive out you can totally do it......
but I'd say you get the Nav for 29,000 drive out
and buy the OEM kit for like 830 and install yourself

at first i thought you want get the car for 28,000 drive out.
i think it's better if you negotiate for drive out price

if you talk them down to like 25,000 they will add like bunch of lil unknown fee then you'd be pretty pissed.

30K drive out is good price for Nav and OEM kit installed
it'll be pretty hard tho

if you gonna pay 31K drive out...buy the OEM kit separate. Even professionaly install only gonna cost like 50 - 100 dollars if you find a good shop

but i think invoice dropped cuz the 2006 models are almost here.

a dealer will not go into hold back especially for the still rare TSX. I would say maybe 29,500-30,000

The dealer would not go into holdback, you were right NJtsx.
All said and done, I got CG/6MT/Navi/OEM body kit for 32k out the door. The out the door was a little bit more than desired. However, Acura was having a holiday apr sale thing and I got a super sweet APR that makes up in interest for the high out the door price.
I get the car on Tuesday! Will post pics
