correct, but if its pre-sold, it shouldnt be in their inventory for that long as it should be delivered ASAP

Dealers can refuse swaps or to give a car to another dealer right?

 

I would think dealer swaps are just business courtesy

well....there is some truth to that. It is very political. For instance, here in New England it is Acura of Bostons policy to not swap cars. (kinda a pain cause they have huge inventory) There are dealers we don't swap with, some that we have a VERY good relationship with.

 

I'm just replying in general for those that "drive by" and report "I see them".....I sold a car yesterday that will sit for a week while I finish up my paperwork (customer is on another island).
