This is the deal which I've been given
Hey all,
How does the following deal look to you? Should I try to bargain it a bit more?
48 mos 12k yr. - $327.55/mo plus tax - $349 with tax
sale price $25490
56% residual
.00215 MONEY FACTOR
TOTAL DUE AT INCEPTION $641.70

Also, I've been given this quote from the same dealer:
36 MOS 12K YR. $358.13 PLUS TAX
sale price $25490.00
64% RESIDUAL
.00230 MONEY FACTOR
TOTAL DUE AT INCEPTION $674.27

Sounds decent to me.. though I purchased, not lease. Why the different money factor for different terms? Were these two quotes received some time apart? Seems like the money factor should be the same. Or if anything, the longer term would charge higher interest.

I just completed a payment estimator online. I entered in the selling price which the dealer is giving me along with 12k miles and 48 months.
Is there any reason for the dealer to be asking $349.00, when Acura's site displayed $316.00?

I agree with Count. The money factors should be the same. If anything, 48 months should carry a higher factor than 36...unless they've got a special going on 48 months.
Also, I've heard that 33 months can be a sweet spot with Acura leases sometimes. You might check that out.
Good luck!

So the specs listed on my first post are ok to go with? I'm not being ripped off compared to what you guys are paying?
I think I'll go for 48 months.
Let me know.

2004 TSX NAV 5AT MSM
I bought mine brerpie, I didn't lease it. I bet more people buy than lease which is why you aren't getting much feedback.
In any case, my 5AT, NAVI TSX with trunk tray, wheel locks, all season mats, cargo net installed (inc. labor) was 31K exactly out the door. That price includes all taxes and fees.

Sounds like a great deal to me. I am leasing a Non-NAVI 5AT with no dealer add-ons for $410 + $20 tax for 36 mo and 15 k miles with $0 down and $0 security deposit (No out of pocket at all). Mine was only discounted $500 to cover the security deposit. Go for it!!!!
