DC/MD/VA TSX Meet/Cruise
All right, DC area TSXers. As discussed, we are going to have a scenic cruise. Details are below:
Date: Sunday, August 6th
Time: Noon (though it can be adjusted as needed)
Location: Shopping center at the intersection of River Rd. and Falls Rd. in Potomac, MD. There is a Safeway and Strosnider's Hardware in the center.
The cruise route that was selected will be through Potomac, MD and go into Poolesville (I think). Should take about 1.5 hours round trip. Some of the roads are a bit narrow. Detailed maps showing the route will be provided.
While the primary interest is to have this be a largely TSX cruise, I will be coordinating to try and get a couple of "special guests" to make an appearance if possible. Other AcuraZine members who are interested are certainly welcome to join us, though I do not want the size to get out of hand.
The meet will take place first and give everyone a chance to chat, and then we will get organized and drive.

Post if you're interested and I will have sign-ups running on the second post. Please also mention if you would like the time to be adjusted.

I think most people can't make it the 12th, which is why we're doing one on the 6th. Plus, a small group is easier to organize. I'm using this as an opportunity to figure out the logistics of it and I will organize an AcuraZine-wide cruise night in a couple of months, but it's just logistically easier to manage a smaller group, especially considering the roads we'll be driving on are somewhat narrow.

Sorry for the inconvienence for today's install meet, tried being there, but too many things came up at the spur of the moment, which really irritated me, but also made me happy. Brother's 21st Birthday, I was gonna head out to Fairfax right after church, but had to go home to eat lunch, then help my brother install his Evolve grille on his s40, -___-; and then help my friend take off his s2000's front bumper and remove his CAI. Was a pretty long day =/ Anyway, I'll make it out this Sunday. If it's someone elses birthday, they can forget about me coming =D

hmm...i may be able to make this now, but I'm not 100% i can meet up before the cruise...is anything going on afterwords? how far up river rd is this intersection?...i used to live not far from river rd. in bethesda so i know the area closer to DC
