Da Crazy TL!!!

Just a random comment....

So I am betting some of you have driven the '04 TL before??? Well today the Acura dealership gave me one as a loaner until I get my new TSX !!! yeah!! can't wait..... ANYWAYS.... has anybody noticed how, uhm, very close the brake is to the accelerator...... ???

My house is on a cul de sac street, and as I was leaving the house tonight I came to the end of the street and almost barreled into the car past the stop.... I was breaking and slamming on the gas at the same time..... rather interesting!!!... LOL

So yeah, maybe they really are closer..... or maybe I am too used to heel and toe driving.... or maybe it was that damned Dodge Magnum that I had been driving for a rental car for the past month... (no, it didn't even have a hemi.. :-()

Or maybe anything I drive has an attraction to hitting other big things??

Oh by the way.... The TL was the gray pearl like color (not the same tho as the CGP I don't think) I can see why the CGP color is so popular.... it almost made me want to go tell the dealer tommorrow when I pick up the car to get me a cg one instead (dunno how well that would go over!!.. )But PWP is still da bomb.

Ok... I'm done!

04 TL as a loaner for your 04 TSX? Wow that's a nice dealership!! I wouldn't imagine the brakes and accelerator are placed that close together?

I think you just need to not put your foot in a position to cover both pedals.

I think you should stop abusing loaner cars, rental cars, cars not titled to you...

I don't abuse anything I drive.... I value cars too much (and my hard earned money)...

ok... i am going to stop before I continue to look like a jacka$$

Lindsay Acura in Columbus Ohio gave me a 04 TL when I brought my 04 TSX in to get the HVAC issue fixed. The XM Radio was working as well. I am sure they do this so people can experience the car. Plus they already had the 05 TL's in. The TL is a sweet car. I might have gotten one if I had waited until they came out. But I am very happy with the TSX.
