Country differences (TSX related)

Ok, so I went hunting around the Japan site because I remember surfing around there once and finding a nice pic of the auto rear sunshade w/ a nice square button to the left of the shifter. I didn't find it, I only speak english. I went to Australia hoping for a little more readability and when surfing around Accord models I clearly had the regular Accord and then also an 2.4 Accord Type S. Did we already know this? What is the hp torque difference. I might just be behind the times

Yes you are behind the times. The TSX IS the 2.4 Accord type-s.

The only diff is about 10 more horsepower, a nicer interior, slightly stiffer suspension, and a few other things little things.

The regular accord is a smaller 4 with something like 140 hp.

Check out the German Honda Web site. They have an astonishing array of Accord accessories. I posted a link to on this message, where (in case you do not know German), you can navigate to the appropriate area:

If I'm not mistaken, our TSX also comes with 17'' wheels standard, while the Accord overseas has 16'' wheels standard. Take a look at the brakes on the TSX. As far as I know, they were not upsized when it was re-badged. They do look pretty small, especially the rears.

One common comment/question that I've read in various reviews concern the TSX's brakes. Perhaps we'll see improvements in the 2005 model!
