Cold start problem please help

I have a 2004 Acura TSX. 4cyl automatic. So this only seems to happen the first time. Meaning once it starts. Every other time I need to start throughout the day there's no issue but a very slight lag.
Anyway. So if I go to start the car in the morning. It'll crank 3 or 4 times then completely shut off. This goes on about 3 or 4 tries then it starts. As I try starting the car no check engine, battery, or any other light pop up on my dash. I checked my battery. Crank Amps were really low. Bought a new battery. Same issue. Got my starter tested. Everything checks out. And unless my check engine light is on which its not. An obd reader is useless please help

A fuel delivery problem; weak pump, blocked fuel strainer, etc would cause your symptoms w/o setting a code. Suggest having fuel pressure measured (cold engine). Special fitting required to perform fuel pressure check. New fuel pump may be necessary if low fuel pressure is confirmed.

good luck
