Clipping

Hypothetically speaking, if i had clipped a punk while going around 5 miles an hour and made him fall, what are the legal implications of that considering he had no injuries but a serious attitude about it?

he could sue for injuries. Your insurance would cover that. You'd likely just get a "failure to yield" violation

It's still consider hit and run if you decide to leave the scene of an accident or hit a pedestrian you can get in real deep shit. It's a Felony offense.
