(CL9) Red H badge help pls
I bought this badge from the dealer (DC5R Rear red H badge 75700-S5T-E11) to replace the back 1 on my Accord (CL9).This was supposed to be a direct replacement.
Now when i compared it to my existing one, it doesnt look like its gonna fit.

Then I went to the front to do the same comparison and

![](https://img183.imageshack.us/img183/redhnexttofronthko8.jpg/1/w640.png)
It seems like it will fit there.
Then i put the badge over the existing one and it seems to be a perfect fit

Now my question is how do i remove the front H ?
And does anyone know what the part number is for the Red-H badge from the Accord Euro-r (CL7), I reckon this will be a direct replacement for my rear badge.?

On the 06-08 Euro R grille, the "H" emblem is held on by two posts that are
secured on the back of the grille.
on the Acura grille, screws hold on the emblem.
on the Euro-R Honda grille, those posts and snap clips hold on the emblem.
the way I removed the H from the Euro-R grille was by cutting the posts
on the backside of the grille, and carefully removing them and their clips
that hold them in place. meaning I damaged the original H emblem to remove it.
the only thing damaged were the posts on the back that hold it on, and the
grille it self received no damage. So if I bought a new H badge, I could just
put it right back on if needed.
Marcus from Heeltoe should be able to answer exactly what badges can fit where
and what ones cannot. He has lots of experience with that.

the ACURA and the TSX badges are just taped on with 3M emblem tape.
the A in the middle, or rather the H in the middle are held on utilizing two
holes that are drilled in the trunk.
so if you remove the center A or the H from the trunk, there will be two
holes in the center of where the emblem was.
but if you're replacing the regular H emblems with the red H emblems,
the new red emblems will easily cover those two holes, whether they be
on the trunk or on the grille and you won't be able to see them.
so it really doesn't matter if there are holes there or not, because the new
emblems cover them. but yes, there are holes there just so you know.

Thanks buddy, just got information now confirming direct replacement for the badges from "normal" to "red" ones.
I will be ordering directly from the dealer, here it is
EP3 Front Red H badge - 75700-S5T-E11
DC5 Rear Red H badge - 75701-S6M-Z01
CL9 Front H badge - 75700-S9A-G00
The DC5 one even has the guides that goes directly into the holes in the trunk.
Thanks for replying .......
