"This vehicle is in good condition. It was crashed and dealership had to fix it. It wasent that big of a damage they only had to replace front bumper and left fender. Two out of eight airbags where blown as you can see on the picture. This car runs and drives purfectly."

If two airbags are blowing, then it took a whack...plus, who posted this auction...an 8 year old? (purfectly?)

Might be good if you're building a race car out of it, but as a daily driver, skip it. Any crash that resulted in the air bags blowing likely resulted in more damage than the guy is willing to admit to.

So you made the bid at 18.90. I would complain with ebay. They ask like 3 times to ensure the info is correct. He writes all this BS about binding contract, call his bluff. It's a binding contract, you won the bid fair and square. Sue his ass! Binding contracts are legal, even if it's his mistake for what was written!

That too! Ya got me! Seriously, what do you have to lose. I'd try and get it for 18.90. You'd have the best TSX in my mind, even if it was still f'ed up. Can't beat that price!

under 'vehicle description' it says that the car has a navigational system..but the pic clearly shows that it is a non-nav tsx...

The bidder who won the auction has clearly been ripped off.

This dude you confuses the heck outta me with his mastery of the language.
With language skill like that I doubt he'd have much success with any legal action.
