Well, about 3 weeks ago the TSX would not start for the wife. I had it trailered to the nearest Acura dealer where they replaced the battery. Last night my wife had problems starting the car again. This is a 6MT by the way. The clutch has to be pushed down all the way to the floor. Even up 1/4" from the floor will prevent the car from starting. That was not the problem. The upper clutch switch (there is an upper & lower switch) was showing low voltage - has to be ordered. Now driving a 2003 TL loaner. A boring car. "I want my TSX" ( I hear Sting singing this in the background as Mark Knofler strums away).

That really blows and I'm sorry. Look on the bright side, at least they didn't stick you with an Integra.

Sorry to hear that, again. On the bright side, and I mean this in a postive way, you seem to be the only one having this particular problem which bodes well for all other 6MT owners.

You seem to be keeping a cool head about this which is great. If this had happened to me, I'd be at Acura yelling and screaming.

I don't think ONE problem qualifies the car as a lemon. Copland's three tranny dropping TL was a lemon.
