Can you eject Nav DVD when the car is off?

Can you eject Nav DVD when the car is off?
Can someone confirm if you're supposed to be able to eject the Nav DVD while the car is off?

i think u gotta have the key in the start position.. but i maybe wrong.. go try it.. lool
