Can you add XM Traffic?

I just purchased the 2007 TSX with nav. I was wondering if there is an aftermarket product that I can get to add the XM traffic to my current system to add live traffic.

From what I recall, there is no aftermarket product available that would blend in seamlessly with the OEM navigation unit. However, one forum member discovered that the XM navtraffic function was linked to the bluetooth module. If you press the handsfreelink button while the map is displayed, you will see a traffic icon pop up in the icon menu bar across the bottom of the screen. You should be able to press it and the icon will go from gray to blue (inactive to active), but since the bluetooth module in the TSX does not support the XM navtraffic feature, it won't actually work.

I believe the member that discovered this was going to try to use the bluetooth module from a TL or an RL, and theoretically that should make for a seamless integration. I can't recall if they went through with it and whether it was successful or not. Maybe someone else remembers. Or if you'd like, you can try this method and report back to us. I know I'm interested!
