Can i swap DC5-R brakes onto TSX?
I was wondering if i put the Brembos calipers and disc set on all four coners on TSX will i benefit anything??? I ask this becaue i notice that TSX is alot heavier than RSX and i'm not sure if the caliper on the DC5-R will have enough clamping force to stop the car.

It is tough to say how the VSA will handle a new set of calipers and brakes... I would error on the side of caution and say no... the TL breaks would not be compatible.

having stonger brakes will not affect VSA. VSA works indepedantly from the braking. it uses a sensor on the wheel. it can apply the brakes for correction but it's not monitoring how much pressure etc to apply via the caliper, rather through a sensor on the wheel spinning around. If the sensor stops spinning the wheel is locked (which is bad) VSA will lessen the pressure to avoid this.

what you have to worry about is clearance. if the brake kit that you have in mind fits with the standard wheel then you are golden... otherwise you are going to need to update your rims. Brembo can tell you whether you have the right brakes for the weight of the car.

the caliper that i'm looking for is a 2nd hand from DC typeR. i see your concerns about the clearance but i already got that problem resolved. thanks for your comments
