Im buying a set of used basics and want the manual. I cant find it anywhere, and Teins site doesnt sell it. Can anyone photocopy it and email me it? Ill throw them a couple of bucks or whatever, let me know.

 

The instructions on tein basics website and set are like just description. I used aspec instructions from

and
thread on azine tein suspension install was the word i used.

Then did the following.

 

I dont necessarilly need the install inctructions, just need the part on how to set up the height...how low i want to go...it tells you where to set it for a such and such drop i think

Measure 1.2 inches from the bottom of the threads (where the sleeve is welded) to the bottom of the lowest green collar to achieve an even tire gap of about 1 finger all around. This is about 2" down in the front and 1.5" in the back.

You can alter the rear height before installing by raising or lowering the collars from the 1.2". So for example, if you want 0 tire gap, measure about 7/8" on all 4 dampers.

This is tried and true and verbatim from the manual. I have installed at least 30 of these kits and know the measurement by memory
