Black Leather-- how well does it hold up?

Just curious, for those who have the black leather seats, how well is it holding up? The grey seats in my TSX are holding up fairly well, although the driver side seat is definitely showing lots of wear lines (car has over 30000 miles on it). I've kicked around the idea of trading my TSX in on a MR/black interior 6 speed this fall, but I'm a little afraid that the black leather would show wear worse than any of the other colors (except for perhaps white leather, if that were available....). So, comments on black leather durability?

30k & 1.5 years later...and mine still look great...they do get Liqui-Tech protectant quite a bit (every 2 weeks or so) though.

I condition and clean mine every 6 months or so and they look good.

i condition them everytime i detail my car (more often in the summer). 1 year, 16k miles, and no problems yet. i'm careful of not sitting on the edges or placing my elbow on the surface. then again, i'm not a big/heavy person, so that probably saves the life of the seat as well.

2 years and no significant issues - I have the creases, but I condition every 4 months.
They're holiding up far better than the seats in my previous accord coupe - those began to crack and tear after 1.5 yrs.

I am glad to hear that some of you have had little problems with the ebony. I knew that I would have to maintain it a little since I live a mile closer to the sun than some, but I still worried about the leather a little for some reason. Perhaps because I ruined some leather seats in my youth by not taking care of them.

There are lots of people that will probably swear their life by Lexol leather products.

I've been using Einszett Lederpflege for the past 8 months, and I don't think it's been doing much. Perhaps I will look into the Lexol products, since I have heard good things about them.

Zaino Bros, pretty expensive stuff for Z-9 and Z-10 and I'm gonna try this stuff I bought from Costco today...it's an el-cheapo kit with cleaner and conditioner, when i run out.
