How many of you have had something nasty happen to your car in April? I managed to scrape the underside of my front bumper on a curb but luckily you can't really see it unless you're specifically looking for it.

Anyhow, vote away....

 

Add me to the list of April victims. My bumper got hit twice by what I"m presuming is the same person.

 

yup i managed to scrap the underbody of my front spoiler as well as get a nail in my tire that cant be patched...

I scratched the underside of my front spoiler as well. I also found two sets of scratches on my hood and fender today that I KNOW are not from me

 

I think I had it worst, closing in on week 2 of not having my car. Its driving me crazy!

 

A tall F150 backed up on my front end and dented my bumper with his hitch.

 

No damage so far.
However, I'm still getting over the of someone other than me committing a sex act in such close proximity to my TSX.

November was the dark month for me.

 

Nothing was worse than the winter season, but my rims were damaged heavily during this month, mostly my fault though

1st door ding

 

TSX was parked at Will Rogers Elementary School when the thoughtless, mindless, dead brained maintenance crew used a weed wacker to launch rocks, glass, grass and everything else at the side of the RED TSX. We now have chips on a car with less than 1K miles on it!

 

I got struck from behind by another motorist. My TSX suffered over $1,300 worth of damage. Other than the bent muffler and scratched bumper, much of the damage was underneath and some slight frame damage....argh!

11:15pm EST, April 1st...

Got a flat tire from a mega-pothole that was submerged under a puddle... only 36 hours and 100 miles after purchase.

 

Front left fender scraped by a flying metallic object on the road

 

The wife and I went to San Diego on April 30. I was hesitant to take the TSX because of the April hex but the joy of a TSX roadtrip was too much. We park at the hotel, underground parking, open to the outside. When we return to the car I find all this black stuff on the hood. Turns out the people on the balcony above were smoking and dumping all their ash on the cars below. So there are all these ashes and cigarette buts on the hood of my TSX. :angry: I couldn't believe it. Luckily, they were not burning when they hit so once I got going the wind swept them away. But, had one of those butts been burning, I would have been royally pissed. I'm glad to say I survived Black April by the skin of my teeth. Good bye, April, and good riddence. Hello May.

 

I take it back. I did have one thing go wrong. I had a busted Passanger side fog lamp. I haven't replaced it yet. Can't deside wheather to get the OEM replacement ($100), or to buy a set of PIAA fogs ($60). Any suggjestions?

Yeah, April got me parking in the garage--at least it's pretty minor--on the right rear quarter panel scratch. I never really have a new car unless I give it a scar during the 1st month having it!
