Best Dealerships in Toronto

For any Toronto TSX owners, which dealership did you purchase from and did they did you a good deal on the TSX and your trade in? Which were good dealerships to work with and which salesperson did you like?

Acura 2000 is a great dealership to work with. They are located out in Brampton. Well worth the drive, imo... Talk directly with Paul, the owner of the Acura, Lexus and Toyota dealership. The customer service at Acura 2000 is second to none.

It's where Domn and I, and many others on this site got our TSXs, and where the rest of my family got their Acuras (12 total!). Acura 2000, up in Brampton.. believe me.

Don't buy a TSX or any Acura from Erin Mills Acura at the Erin Mills Auto Mall. I've heard of several horrible sales experiences from them. One of my buddies bought a 2003 TL Type S from them back in March and he was ripped off and their service is bad.

Acura 2000, on the other hand, like the bowersan said is good place. My cousin bought an EL from them and is satisfied with the sale and after sale experience.

I second Acura 2000 J. Speak to Gianfranco he's a good guy.

The best dealership is the one that gave you the best price.

Many of you advice against North Toronto Acura, but in my purchasing experience they where the best, because they gave me the best price on my trade-in and knocked down TSX price 2,500 CDN without much bargaining.

I don’t know about service, but I will give them a try when time comes.

I guess it depends. From my experience buying a GS-R, 1.6 EL and now the TSX, Acura 2000 was able to beat both Sherway and Woodbine in price for all 3 cars, although I'm sure I could have gotten the same price for the TSX at those other dealers. I never checked with North Toronto. But honestly, I'd rather spend the extra few hundred dollars buying from a dealer I trust and that knows me well, just in case the car ever needs serious service. Sometimes peace of mind is worth spending that little extra.

I agree that building a good relationship is very important, but I thought that you could take your car for service or warranty work to any authorized dealership.

You absolutely can. All I'm saying is that I already have a good relationshp with Acura 2000 so even if I had to spend a few hundred extra to buy the car, I would have.

Typically, you won't have a great relationship with a dealer in which you did not buy the car from. Buying a car is what builds that good relationship. This may not be the case for some, but I think it is for most.

FWIW, Acura Canada recommends Acura 2000.
