depends on what type of servicing you need, and where you are located. park ave is one, and bridgewater was not bad... don't go to springfield acura..

I live 10 minutes from Bridgewater Acura, but go to Precision Acura in Princeton for servicing. They are great. I've been going there for 3 years now and haven't had a problem getting anything done. Loaners are free and I have only had one time when I couldn't get one.

Sorry guys, I thought I replied yesterday (looks like I never hit 'Post' lol). I bought the car in Virginia (wanted a PWP/Ebony/6spd, it was one of the closest ones I could find), but live in central NJ (close to Sayreville and Old Bridge). Thanks guys, Acura of Ocean is the closest to work for me but I've heard a lot of good things about Precision- might just be worth the drive for me.

also if you need audio video install work. I just took my car to MobileWerks in Lodi. I had Doms Nav Tv and Go installed in my ride with the P.I.E. X3 installed by them and the pricing was great and work was nice and clean. I plan on posting pics of my lastest mods actually later on today. Watch out for it!

I live in Nc but I visit my mom is Toms River alot. I take my tsx to Lehigh Valley Acura In Emmaus, Pa for service. I pass by Bridgewater acura and also could go to Clinton Acura but I prefer LV-excellent service. My brother and his family live near the dealer so I get to see them. I bought my car there this past Friday for service. There is a acura dealer near me in NC-their hourly rate is lower ($80.00) than LV ($90.00) but there service ends up costing alot more for the same things done.

Personally, I have had a good experience with Springfield Acura. They are very patient and courteous with handling my warranty issues, even though I don't have my car serviced there. I would strongly suggest not bringing it to DCH Montclair Acura. I bought my car there so I brought it in there get it serviced. They did not do many of the things they claimed to do during the service. Just an overall dishonest place. I know DCH is a sponsor of ours, but I am just giving our fellow members my personal opinion.

Do you know if local dealers will handle recalls too?

My car is from Park Ave Acura, but I live closer to Plaza Acura. I rather make the trip to Plaza than Park Ave which can be 1 hour + drive away.

I purchased my car in Pennsylvania and went to precision about 3 weeks after i got the car brand new.. temp tags still on the car. My fog light cover fell off.. i dont know how but it did.. so i went to see if i could get it replaced.. i mean i didnt touch the damn thing! I get there and tell them what happened.. happens to be the service manager "BILL STACK something"..lol. He comes out and actually walks around my car 3 times! looks in it thru the window and then asks, "Is this your car?" So I said "yes...." He walks around it again and says.. "How many miles do you have?" I say, "Its brand new.. only had it for about 3 weeks now" So he goes.. "Well these things just dont fall off" So i say "OK.. well isnt a warrenty for when things happen thats not suppose to happen?".. Then he checks my temp tags and says "Your tags are expired.. we cant do anything under warrenty".. Mind you.. i got it brand new! So i tell him it must be a mix up and that i just got the car.. i even showed him my paper work.. Then he starts tellin me how if im caught driving it that the police will impound my car.. WTF is he smoking!? To make a long story even longer.. i ended up just buying the damn $18 fog light cover myself. He almost got strangled inside the dealership when i told him that if i was pulled over they wouldnt impound my car.. he told me "Well i guess your above the law".. I almost lost it! I told him.. "Well im just gonna buy the damn piece because im about to go to jail if you make one more smart remark!" So no precision acura for me!..haha. All that took about 30mins!.. Never again!

I personally like Ramsey Acura and I'm ehh with Park Ave. I think the service guys in both places are really nice but I've had my good and bads with both places. I think Park Ave has a better rep though. I usually deal with Frank when I go to Park Ave.
