I think the question should also be for the people that actually bought their car. Because a student that makes less than $20k can tell their dad to buy them a $50-60k car.

Also, are you asking for household income, or individual income. Alot of people on here may be married to spouses who make alot of money

location around the US probably plays more of a role than income.

for what it's worth, i see a nice bell curve going on in the poll...but then there are quite a few outliers bankin' $100K+!!! apparently we've got some big ballaz rollin' around in TSXs...all that money, and still chose the TSX, eh? good to hear!

TSX is a damn fine car. Fun, sporty, with a little luxury on the side. And unless one's mind is so clouded by brands and labels, you cannot miss the fact that the TSX is a great little package whether you make $50K or $500K.

Ooops!

I guess in US dollars I'm in the 20K - 30K category.

Ah, doesn't matter though. I bought my car with inheritance money. My income goes towards other wasteful habits and passions

Does the poll specify which dollars?

1 US dollar = 7.8002 Hong Kong dollars, so you could truthfully answer that you make as much as $234,060.....

(Probably one reason why they pay pollsters to do this for real! )

A pollster would find 100000 things wrong with this poll. I dont know much and I can find at least 10.

i think the question income was added to the "age of TSX owners" poll, but this thread is fine...

(if you really wanted to be accurate, you'd have to do household w/ cost of living adjustments minus debt. 'cause some of us have mortgages and grad school debt and whatnot.)

ricecake, who sounds larchish in this post.
