Autopia polisher any good?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if this polisher any good. I being doing research and alot of people told me about the Autopia polisher. It sounds like good deal to me compare to any other polisher. The price isn't so bad either.
Here is the link to it.

P.S. I know this topic should go to Wash & Wax but there isn't much action going on over there so I just wanted few thoughts before I buy it.

Yes that is a great polisher. It will accept the larger pads too. It has the larger counter weight.

I've found it for $109 on the web though.

The Porter-Cable random orbital polisher is simply the best when it comes to waxing/polishing a car. Do a search on the Autopia forums or the Acurazine forums, as there are thousands of threads on this subject.

I got the buffer locally and ordered the pads from Utopia. Works great. Small enough to get into the spots my neighbors 9" buffer can't. Took out some ugly scratches in the soft paint so that they are unnoticable. All in all a good buy.

Is there much of a learning curve to using a polisher like the Porter Cable? Is it pretty easy to learn to use one, or does it take a lot of experience? I'd like to use one to take out little scratches/swirls/etc. but I'm a little leery of damaging the paint. Advice?

thats why I recommand this one!!~ random orbital polisher is the best for the people are not know how to use polisher!! Try not to use the edge of the pad while you are polishing.. other than that there isn't much skills or experience you need. You will learn as you do it yourself.

I'll see if I can locate that again for you. I found it on another forum somewhere.

This really belongs in Off Topic / Wash & Wax:
https://acurazine.com/forums/wash-wax-23/
Read through the threads there or do a search there and you'll see that the Porter Cable polisher is the preferred polisher of many pros and enthusiasts alike.
