I received a nice pen from Acura of Canada the other day (kind that writes while your lying down on your back). Does everyone get one of these, wasn't sure because I had not read any posts mentioning it.

I got a pen inside my Acura Owners manual package. It is a clicker type pen. Is this different?

I got my pen this week too. I had a clicker-type I got from my dealer, I thought that was the one everyone was talking about. Now I see it's different.

So yes, we Canadians get the Indigo Blue Pearl (blurple), the heated mirrors AND free space pens. If that doesn't make up for no nav, I don't know what could.

BTW I read somewhere that NASA spent $2 million developing the space pen. The Russians used pencils. Hmmm.

Oh, we may have spent $2 million on a pen, lost out on some cool heated mirrors amongst other features... but you all got the French. Now, if you only had the right to bare arms!!!

Years ago I had a job that had me calling a lot of suppliers based in Quebec. Sometimes when I was bored, I'd call them up with trivial questions, just to listen to the nice sales girls with the sexy French accents. Ahhhh...

 

I don't think I can get away with that... since I'm married and all, but I see your point. I had a college friend and her major required having to take Japanese. There was nothing better than listening to her speak in Japanese... seeing that she was a blonde American girl who spoke it very well.
