Armrest tray lock repair
I broke the tray lock in the armrest and am trying to fix it. I have detached the armrest from the console, and removed all the screws I can find. However, I have not gained any ground on accessing the broken one (#20 in the below link).

Before prying the pieces apart (and breaking something else), I wanted to find out if anyone knows where I need to go from here.

Any advice or links for directions would be greatly appreciated,

You will need a large flat-tip screwdriver and insert it into the opening where your broken clip(s) is (#20 and #19), gently push it to release the hooks (inside) that hold #11 to the actual armrest piece. Once the hooks are released, slide the lower portion forward (away from the hinge), and you should have separated them.
