I have an 06 NBP Auto and I jsut installed some new Iridium NGK plugs. You may have to order them, not to many auto shops stock them. Expect to pay 10-15 bucks a plug.

Wires? What wires?

And NGK plugs are the best you can get IMHO.

The TSX has coil packs not wires. I don't think you can beat stock coil packs.

Guys our plugs are rated VERY well, and are built to easily last over 60,000 miles. Possibly more -- check your maintenance schedule as it's on there, but I can't remember the actual time recommended to change them right now. It's a long, long time, and changing them early is really just pissing money away.

Do these plugs give any boost in performance or I wouldn't feel any difference with the stock plugs?

I doubt you will feel any difference at all. I did not in another one of my cars. Your mind might tell you its different, like a lot of bolt ons do.
