I was interested in the IS-F but the reviews say it has a pretty harsh ride, almost too harsh to be a DD. I want a fun car but in reality we spend most of our time in heavy traffic or following some slow car. No need to feel every crack in the road just for that.

I test drove the IS-F (I floored it of course) and it's a bad ass car. It's recognized as the fastest lexus vehicle in the lineup. Since it has 8 gears, I read in an article that there is too much shifting in gears and the car seems not to know which gear it should be on while driving. It does have a harsh ride but that's what you expect from a sports car with it's lowered suspension. I wish it had a manual transmission.

Talking Hmmm

I like to get cars the 1st year they come out so I can be an early adopter/trendsetter (1st year gremlins be darned!). I missed my chance w/ the 2009 TSX & TL & I doubt that I can afford a $60k car in the next year so I can probably scratch the ZDX off my list. Therefore, my sights are tentatively set on the 3rd generation RL.

I do not keep up w/ the news of other brands so I will have to assess those the year I decide it is time to get a new ride.

Now if Acura every brings this to market, consider 1 sold:

I will be getting a BMW M3. I doubt I'll be getting another Honda/Acura, but if I do it will be an S2000.

After my current TSX is longer drive-able and/or great condition, I'd want another first generation TSX with no miles on it.

I love this car.

Some day, within this millenium, I'll get my FFR MKIV underway. I'll 'baby' my '05 'til that day comes.

Well since we just got an RDX, I'd probably like to get a S2000, TL-S, IS250 or 2nd gen TSX.
