Just wondering... I always thought the front grill on the TSX was plain bright silver chrome. On my PWP, it seems like its black chrome (same with the trim around the doors). Is it black chrome on any other TSX colors? Are my eyes just going buggy? They're definitely darker than the Acura and TSX emblems on the tail which are definitely regular chrome colored.

 

Should all be the same color....you got pics to show the difference?

 

i've seen a few PWP and never noticed dark chrome

 

I have a PWP and a SSM and the trim is the same...

 

Maybe try looking at it when its not in the shade?

I think you guys are right... it must be the lighting/angle. But it still seems really dark compared to the rest of the trim for me. I'll check again during the day to see if sunlight makes a major difference. (It must!!)

Here're some more pics with a couple front shots and a back shot just to compare. It's easy to see the rear emblems are bright silver... but the front always looks darker no matter what angle. I think I'm just going nuts over a lighting trick!

 

I think the black grill is making an optical illusion, its definately chrome and the same as the emblems.

 

I agree its under cover ans under white lights. Thats gotta be it. My PWP doesnt look like that

 

sun light's the best light.

if you feel it's still off, gun metal the badges. hell, gun metal everything.
