Alpine Type S speaker upgrade

I have owned my 04 tsx for 3 years and now have 99k miles on it. I've done a couple of things to my car. I installed an injen cold air intake and also installed a neo ipod adapter. I've decided to replace all of my speakers since they don't sound too good and I'll be pledging at college in the fall and will be doing a ton of driving so I'll need my music. I just ordered a set of Alpine SPS 600, 600c, and 609's. My dad and I are planning on installing them ourselves and I was wondering if anybody had some recommendations for me. Also are there any special spacers or converters that i need to buy or will they just bolt right into the stock holes? Thanks for the help.

Also i forgot to ask if the tweeters in the SPS 600C component system fit in the stock holes on the dash and if they do how do you remove the old tweeters?
