I've been using GEICO for the few years--had by TSX for a little over a year. Because I live in Brooklyn, the rate is a sky high $1800 per year. Question is, I'm thinking of switching to Allstate who will match this price (there really aren't any companies who can go lower) but will also include their "YOUR CHOICE AUTO" package which will replace your car if it gets totalled with a brand new one but guarantee that your rates will not go up just because of an accident.
Does anyone use ALLSTATE and know about this package--sounds almost too good to be true, but it does cost an extra $100?
