I know thats a nice system I can get for around 1400 which is a GREAT DEAL . But would like to see pics of someone who has one installed to see how it looks. I want to remove the radio and fill in that space not sure how it would look. Thats a BIG space to fill. Any suggestions?

Besides should have bought nav. system from dealer when buying car

If you are willing to pay $1400 for an aftermarket NAVI, you should've purchased the car with it. I know I should too.

You can get a Dell Axim PDA and their bluetooth GPS reciever kit (GPS reciever, auto adapter, navi software and car cradle) for under $1000. It's not the prettiest setup, but it works well and you can move it from car to car if you have more than one vehicle. The combination works very well for such a small dollar amount and even has voice prompts. Just another option.

yup, wish i got the stock nav also.

the problem with in dash aftermarket navs is that you'll be wasting space with your stock am/fm/cd player. not to mention blocking most of your climate controls... and rendering your steering wheel audio controls useless.

maybe a garmin/magellan if you just want the nav features.

Not a good idea. I recommend you install one, if you go that route, in the center bin (the large one).

I agree with slo007. I wouldn't take out the old deck. I would put it in the storage bin. You could just buy the acura attachment kit that was made to be used for the Acura OEM mp3 player. Here's a pic of that. Look at the top 2 pics. Those are some examples.

I have mine hooked up through the AUX input of the factory deck with a line driver and it sounds great! This way I still can use my steering wheel control for volume and I can also still use my factory 6 disc changer.

I'm glad that it helped out. Feel free to post here or hit me up on PM if you have questions. I did quite a bit of research before I got the Pioneer N1 so I also know about about some of the other aftermarket decks out there.

If you want Sirius, Pioneer just released a new add on module.
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-2NaI1m5...pioneer+sirius

This will allow you to add Sirius to the Pioneer N1 and control the Sirius through the flip out screen. If you don't wanna have to buy a new Sirius tuner, you could also keep your current Sirius Tuner and hook it up to the AUX input on the Pioneer deck.

Just let me know when you've decided or have an idea what you want and I can help you find some good prices on it. The Pioneer N2 with real time Navi traffic is coming out very soon, so this will help drive the price of the N1 down.

You could also just wait for the N2, but it will cost more than the N1. The only difference is the real time Navi traffic. The RL is the only car I believe that the real time Navi traffic, so if you get that you'll have a Navi system that is even more advanced than the current TSX factory system
