STL

According to a thread elsewhere (TSXclub) the Accord part, 77900-SDA-A21, is really the same as the one used in our TSX. The Honda part is priced at about half of what the Acura part is. So I was just curious if anyone here has successfully used the Honda part in their TSX? If so please let me know the year/model for your car and if it has navi. Thanks...

Some background for anyone curious:
Someone pulled out in front of my 2006 TSX and wrecked it (driver's airbag went off, etc.). Their insurance company called the car a total loss, but I bought it back and am fixing it with the reminder of the $ they gave me. So I am hoping I don't have to replace the clock spring, but I am trying to determine a 'backup plan' if my steering wheel switches don't work or my SRS light comes on (once it is all back together).
